What an amazing display idea! Boutique Ten Over Six in L.A. With the amount of vintage wooden chairs we’ve accumulated this would be very doable. We’re honestly starting to feel like hoarders.

Chazz Michael Michaels wants that chair. It’s possibly inked on his back too.
I would use this for a night filled with romance. “My philosophy? Clothing’s optional.”

A truly stylish upcycle.
I’ll carry you with me. Lovely idea for a chair. Totally want this for the boutique.

I love bentwood chairs so much that I often display them on their own—leaned against a wall or beneath a framed poster. I’ve been seeing a lot of these chairs double as nightstands in design blogs and magazines lately. What do you think?Does this look say ballin’ or broke?

Chair Porn~The Tolix Edition
In addition to my obsession with black&white decor, I also have another obsession—chairs. Yes, chairs. Our atelier is currently filled with vintage chairs we’ve both found and bought and looks like the place where chairs go to die. Seriously, that’s how many we have. I’ve just always loved how much character this simple piece of furniture can have. A unique chair can instantly change up the mood of an entire room and make a big statement. Next to the famous Eames chair, which I’ve previously written about, I’m also crazy about the iconic French Tolix chair. It’s definitely on my dream list for when I purchase my first home. They add such an industrial charm to any space and look great in any condition—rusty and weathered, or new and glossy. Hope you enjoy this Tolix porn as much I do!
