I’ve been obsessed with birch tree wallpaper ever since I saw this bedroom photo on houzz.com. I’m currently working on a project that features a similar wall treatment—photos to come! The trees add a perfect touch of whimsy without being too kitsch. I feel like this room contains so much of what I love: A black and white color palette, a touch of modern and a touch of whimsy. And what’s better than diving into clean, crisp, all-white bedding on an oversized bed?

How to give your home a rustic/modern vibe without looking like you killed something. We’ve been debating purchasing an antler chandelier for the boutique so we’re constantly on the lookout. This Etsy shop’s antler items are made from “naturally shed” deer antlers from the rockie mountains of Colorado. Not sure about their “antler dog chews” though…
